We are seeking a Salesforce FullStack Lead to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development combined with modern full-stack technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements, improve system performance, and ensure operational stability.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall software development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce administration and configuration
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and enterprise application development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

Preferred Qualifications

Front-end development experience using React.js (preferred).
Back-end development experience with Node.js.
Exposure to Java and/or Mobile App Development.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira.
Cloud-native development experience (AWS, Azure, or similar).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
