o Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
o SOQL/SOSL 
o REST/SOAP APIs 
• Deep understanding of: 
o FSL Data Model 
o Dispatcher Console 
o Mobile App configuration 
• Experience in integrations and middleware tools 
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
