Salesforce Developer

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, code quality, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce environments.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration tools.
