Salesforce Developer

• Perform data migration and data management tasks
• Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and sandbox environments
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Experience, LWC, and Aura framework
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Experience with third-party integrations (MuleSoft or similar)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of DevOps practices in Salesforce
