Salesforce Developer

• Collaborate with admins and business teams to gather requirements
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Ensure security and compliance with Salesforce best practices
• Maintain documentation for development and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Experience (LWC preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and security architecture
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
