Salesforce Developer

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) based on business needs
• Perform data migration and manage data quality
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Follow Salesforce best practices for scalable and secure solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Senior: 5–10+ years)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Apex programming
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce configuration and customization
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk API)
• Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
  • Salesforce Administrator (optional but preferred)
• Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
