Salesforce Developer

• Design and implement scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.
• Perform data migration, data modeling, and configuration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce production and sandbox environments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Support release management and deployment activities using CI/CD tools.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure system scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura framework.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II).
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud or CPQ is a plus.
