Salesforce Developer

• Develop workflows, triggers, validation rules, and process automation.
• Work with Salesforce data models, objects, and security architecture.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Manage deployments using tools like Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce data models.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
