Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong expertise in enterprise data integration, CRM data architecture, and Salesforce development. The candidate should have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) in a production environment and integrating it with Azure Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud features, Data Spaces, roles, and permissions.
• Create and deploy Data Streams for data ingestion.
• Work with Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and map them to the Customer 360 data model.
• Implement Zero-Copy Federation use cases.
• Configure and optimize Identity Resolution.
• Push activated data from Data Cloud to Salesforce CRM environments.
• Set up and manage Databricks connectors for batch and zero-copy integrations.
• Develop automation using Lightning Flow.
• Build custom logic and integrations using Apex.
• Develop responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with data engineering and CRM teams for end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in:
  • Data Integration
  • Data Platform Engineering
  • Enterprise CRM Data Architecture
• Hands-on implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) in production.
• Experience integrating Azure Databricks with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce development experience:
  • Lightning Flow
  • Apex
  • JavaScript
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Data Streams, Identity Resolution, and Customer 360 data model.
