Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce CPQ solutions.

Collaborate with and manage team members, taking ownership of team-level decisions.

Provide technical solutions for the immediate team and cross-functional partners.

Lead team meetings to review progress and address technical challenges.

Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their technical skill development.

Advise on high-impact initiatives across the systems development lifecycle.

Required Skills

Salesforce CPQ: 8–9 years of experience; expert-level configuration and customization.

Salesforce Cloud (Sales/Service): 6–7 years of experience.

Salesforce Implementation: Proven experience in end-to-end CPQ implementations.

Pricing & Quoting Processes: Expertise in configuring complex pricing models.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce APEX: 5–6 years of experience.

Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist or related certifications.

Sales Cloud Integration: Experience integrating CPQ with Sales Cloud environments.
