Job Description
- Configure and optimize Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Work with developers and admins to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Create user stories, process flows, and system documentation.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Analyze data and generate reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning, or integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
