Job Description

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Work with developers and admins to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Create user stories, process flows, and system documentation.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze data and generate reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst).
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Lightning, or integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
