Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystems, data modeling, automation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and convert them into detailed user stories
Design and optimize Salesforce data models and workflows (Flows)
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Support UAT cycles, including testing, defect tracking, and resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support data migration and system integration efforts
Create high-quality functional documentation and analysis artifacts
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years as Salesforce Business Analyst
Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Administrator
Sales Cloud Certification
Strong understanding of:
Salesforce data model
Automation tools (Flows)
