*Experience working in wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer environments.
*Strong understanding of financial services processes including client onboarding, portfolio management, and compliance.
*Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or similar.
*Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
*Experience coordinating and supporting UAT cycles.
