Salesforce Business Analyst

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead requirement gathering, prioritization, and Agile delivery
Drive solution architecture discussions across Salesforce platforms
Conduct UAT, create test scripts, and lead SIT/E2E testing sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine backlog and define success criteria
Lead workshops, demos, and business process redesign initiatives

🧠 Required Skills:
Strong Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Experience in Salesforce Health & Life Sciences Cloud (LSH)
Knowledge of roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD
Strong understanding of integrations, authentication, and deployments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Preferred:
Salesforce certifications (especially Cloud Consultant)
Experience with Knowledge Management in LSH Cloud
