Job Description
Salesforce Business Analyst (e-Billing, Legal Tech Operations exp needed)
Day 1 Onsite Sunnyvale, CA (Client prefers only local folks)
Long term contract
Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Direct client opportunity
No mid layer / No Implementation partners are Involved
(Important notes- We need strong legal tech, e-Billing, Salesforce implementation, Matter management experience around 8-10 years max)
8-10 years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of the legal domain, especially within Legal Tech platforms.
4-5 years of experience in e-Billing and Matter management.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.
Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for various audiences.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to enhance user experience, including design, user interface (UI) improvement, and refining content while creating visuals and diagrams for technical support material.
