Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst + Admin with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Salesforce solutions, and support end-to-end sales processes in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud) to meet business requirements
• Support and optimize CRM processes and sales workflows
• Manage system enhancements, user support, and data integrity
• Work across domains including Enterprise, Education, Government, and Healthcare

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of total IT experience (strictly required)
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration / Business Analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration (workflows, objects, automation, etc.)
• Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
• Experience working in B2B environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Mandatory):

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
