Job Description
Our Salesforce Business Analyst helps our company get the most out of Salesforce. You will talk to our teams (Sales, Marketing, and Service) to find out what they need, and then work with the tech team to build those features.
What You’ll Do
- Gather Requirements: Meet with staff to understand their daily tasks and where they are having trouble in Salesforce.
- Write User Stories: Create simple, step-by-step instructions for the developers to follow.
- Improve Workflows: Look for ways to automate manual tasks (like sending emails or updating records).
- Check Quality: Test new buttons, fields, or reports to make sure they work correctly before everyone starts using them.
- Support Users: Act as the "go-to" person for questions and create simple "How-To" guides.
Basic Requirements
- Salesforce Experience: You know your way around the platform (Leads, Contacts, and Reports).
- Good Listener: You can take a confusing problem and turn it into a clear plan.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain technical updates to people who aren't "techy."
- Detail Oriented: You notice the small things that might cause a bug or a mistake.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience using "Agile" or "Sprints" to get work done.
