Salesforce Architect

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business goals and enterprise standards
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Salesforce clouds
• Own data models, integration patterns, security models, and deployment strategies
• Lead architectural reviews and provide technical governance across projects

Salesforce Platform Expertise

• Architect solutions using one or more of the following:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Commerce Cloud
  • CPQ / Revenue Cloud
  • Data Cloud
• Evaluate and recommend AppExchange products and third-party tools

Integrations & Data

• Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, ETL tools
• Define enterprise data strategies including data migration, data quality, and master data management
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc., as applicable)

Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as a technical leader and mentor for developers and administrators
