Salesforce Application Architect

Job Summary: -

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce expert who can design and guide the development of solutions on the Salesforce platform. The person will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable and efficient systems

Note: Expertise in Salesforce application architecture.

Note: Hands-on experience in: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service (FSL), AI, SFDC Platform

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

*  Strong Salesforce Experience – 8+ years working on Salesforce with good understanding of what it can and cannot do. 

*  Salesforce Certifications – Certifications like Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are a plus. 

*  Good CRM Knowledge – Understand customer management processes and best practices in business. 

*  Development & Customization Skills – Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce configurations. 

*  Cloud Experience – Worked on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and marketing tools like SFMC/Pardot. 

*  Einstein Platform Knowledge – Experience using Salesforce Einstein (AI features) for smarter solutions. 

*  CI/CD & Version Control – Experience with tools like Copado, GitHub, and managing deployments properly. 

*  Integration Skills – Ability to connect Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. 

*  Leadership & Guidance – Can lead teams, review code, mentor developers, and give technical direction. 

*  Problem-Solving & Communication – Strong analytical skills, can convert business needs into solutions, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams (also familiar with Agile, security, and compliance).
