Sales Force Developer

• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, and flows
• Optimize platform performance and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Perform debugging, testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools
• Maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura framework
• Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, Git, Copado, Jenkins)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
• Experience with integrations using middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
