Job Title: SailPoint Technical Lead

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow
•    Expertise in:
o    Identity lifecycle management
o    Role-based access control (RBAC)
o    Access certifications and request workflows
•    Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, JSON, REST APIs
•    Strong understanding of IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Cloud & Directory Knowledge
•    Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
•    Understanding of hybrid and cloud IAM architectures
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP beneficial)
Certifications (Preferred)
•    SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect
•    SailPoint IdentityNow certification
•    IAM or security certifications (CISSP, CISM – nice to have)
