Responsibilities

Assessment, remediation, and stabilization
Remediation & Optimization
Steady-State Ownership


Experience

Enterprise platform implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM, ITSM, data platforms, or similar)
Hands-on deployment and configuration expertise (not just design or PM oversight)
Experience taking over failed or troubled implementations
Consulting background
Experience inheriting and/or reverse-engineering custom-built tools or scripts


MUST HAVE SKILLS

10+ years IAM Core SailPoint platform expertise
Sailpoint IGA experience
5+ years SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) (absolutely critical)
IdentityNow experience
End-to-end IIQ implementation experience
Requirements → design → build → deploy → post-go-live support
Hands-on knowledge of:
Identity cubes
Aggregations and correlations
Lifecycle events
Provisioning workflows
Remediation skills (High Priority)
Customization, debugging and refactoring
Beanshell rules
Workflows
Custom connectors
Reverse engineering & knowledge recovery
Previous experience taking over IIQ environments preferred
Integration & Connector Expertise (Must-Have)
Active Directory / Azure AD
HR sources (Workday, SAP HR, Oracle HCM)
ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4)
Databases (JDBC)
File-based feeds
Connector Troubleshooting
Governance & Compliance Capabilities (Required)


Good to Have Experience

IdentityNow (IDN) – Optional / Nice to Have
SaaS IGA deployments preferred
Source configuration and entitlement modeling
Lifecycle Manager and Access Requests preferred
