Sailpoint Identitynow Architect

• Lead end-to-end architecture for SailPoint IdentityNow implementations
• Design identity lifecycle management, access certification, and provisioning workflows
• Define role-based access control (RBAC) models and access policies
• Architect integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday), Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise applications

🔹 Implementation & Configuration

• Configure connectors, transforms, and rules within IdentityNow
• Develop custom workflows and automation processes
• Implement SSO and federation integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security configurations

🔹 Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA, GDPR (as applicable)
• Implement segregation of duties (SoD) policies
• Support audit readiness and reporting requirements

🔹 Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, and HR teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Create architecture documentation and best practices

🛠 Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • RBAC / ABAC models
  • REST APIs & web services
  • Java, BeanShell, or scripting experience
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
