Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Develop and configure:
  • Workflows
  • Rules (BeanShell/Java)
  • Certifications & access reviews
• Implement identity lifecycle management:
  • Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
• Integrate IdentityIQ with:
  • Active Directory
  • HR systems
  • Enterprise applications
• Configure connectors and aggregation tasks
• Develop and manage provisioning and de-provisioning processes
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements
• Maintain documentation and best practices

• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Programming:
  • Java / BeanShell
• IAM Concepts:
  • RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
  • Access Governance
• Integration:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • LDAP / Active Directory
• Database:
  • SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
