Ruby On Rails Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities: 

* Lead the end-to-end integration of the Ruby on Rails product with the Java-based application. 
* Act as the bridge between Ruby on Rails and Java teams, aligning architectural decisions with business goals. 
* Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making across leadership teams from both platforms. 
* Evaluate and recommend the best-fit integration approach, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. 
* Define the architecture roadmap and integration strategy with a clear focus on long-term maintainability. 
* Proactively identify and resolve cross-platform conflicts, gaps, or inefficiencies. Guide and support development teams throughout the integration lifecycle. 

Qualifications: 

10+ years of experience in software development and architecture. 
Proven experience with both Ruby on Rails and Java-based architectures. 
Strong background in system integration, microservices, APIs, and cloud-based deployments. 
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity, optimize design workflows, or accelerate decision-making. 
Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is a plus.
