Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with AI expertise to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA tools along with knowledge of AI/ML technologies to enhance automation capabilities and drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism 
•    Integrate AI/ML models into RPA workflows for intelligent automation 
•    Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities 
•    Develop reusable components and frameworks for automation 
•    Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
•    Deploy, monitor, and maintain bots in production environments 
•    Ensure automation solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards 
•    Handle exception management and debugging of bots 
•    Collaborate with AI/ML teams to implement NLP, OCR, and predictive analytics capabilities 
•    Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical designs

Required Skills:
•    Strong experience in RPA tools: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism 
•    Programming knowledge in Python, .NET, or Java 
•    Experience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks 
•    Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and OCR tools 
•    Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations 
•    Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
