Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Architect with expertise in AWS, Pega Robotics, and UiPath to design, implement, and scale enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead RPA initiatives, define architecture standards, and drive automation strategy across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Pega Robotics
• Define automation architecture, frameworks, and best practices
• Integrate RPA solutions with AWS cloud services
• Lead automation strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of RPA solutions
• Oversee bot development, deployment, and maintenance
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
• Manage exception handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in RPA development/architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and Pega Robotics (OpenSpan)
• Solid experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.)
• Experience designing enterprise-level automation solutions
• Strong knowledge of process automation lifecycle
• Experience with API integrations and web services
• Proficiency in .NET / C# / Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
