Risk Adjustment Coder

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)
CRC – Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (ACTIVE)
3+ years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience
RADV coding and auditing experience (REQUIRED)
Experience across Medicare Advantage, ACA, AND Medicaid
Strong ICD-10-CM coding expertise
Understanding and hands-on application of MEAT criteria
Experience with CPG methodology
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
