Revenue Cycle Business Analyst

Title: Revenue Cycle Business Analyst* 
*Location: Remote – Need local to CA, WA, OR 0nly*
*Duration: 6-12 Months CTH*
*Visa: US Citizen/GC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD Only*

Required Qualifications
* Strong hands-on project management & Scrum Master skills - at least 5 years of experience managing complex IT efforts.
* Management of large teams with members working in multiple locations.
* Experience structuring work into various work streams within a large project and managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
* Strong applied use of PM & Scrum tools/techniques (planning, risk management, budgeting, cost control, assessment, software/SaaS acquisition/RFP, development & management of Jira board, Scrum ceremonies, etc.).
* Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written), English-language skills, facilitation skills, etc. and ability to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels).
* Excellent people skills – developing strong relationships, building a trusting team environment, and ability to listen & translate into actionable plans.
