Qualifications and Skills required:_
8+ years of experience building #analytics_reporting solutions, including data modeling, transformations, and report/dashboard development. 
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in engaging with stakeholders, understanding business objectives, and determining optimal technical solutions to support user needs. 
Natural ability to bridge the gap between the business and IT; should be comfortable translating complex data concepts for non-technical teammates and vice versa. Proficient at analyzing user requirements and identifying the data needs that may not be explicitly communicated. Experienced in collaborating across departments to ensure final reports effectively enhance operational performance. 
Hands-on expertise developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations in #Power_BI and #Oracle_Analytics_Cloud ( #OAC).
