React Web Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled React Web Developer to design and build modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end development best practices, and will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
Build reusable and scalable UI components using modern React practices.
Implement application features based on design specifications and business requirements.
Optimize components for maximum performance across different browsers and devices.
Application Architecture
Design and implement efficient state management using tools like Redux, Context API, or similar.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and RESTful APIs.
Ensure code quality through modular architecture and best coding practices.
UI/UX Implementation
Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
Ensure consistent visual design, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
Improve user experience by optimizing page performance and usability.
Code Quality & Collaboration
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and standups.
Testing & Maintenance
Implement unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Debug and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and UI bugs.
Maintain and enhance existing applications.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.
Experience integrating REST APIs.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Understanding of modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.
Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
