Job Description:

• Experience managing and scaling monorepos (Turborepo/Nx), including shared libraries, task pipelines, and dependency boundaries.
• Proficient state management with MobX, designing predictable, maintainable application state.
• Type-safe, scalable styling using vanilla-extract, including theming and design tokens.
• Testing expertise with Jest, covering unit and integration tests with a quality-first mindset.
• Package and dependency management using npm & pnpm, including workspace configuration and version hygiene.
• Strong Git & GitHub workflows: PR reviews, branching strategies, and Cl collaboration in large teams.
• Focus on performance, maintainability, and developer experience across the stack.
• Provides technical leadership and mentorship, setting patterns, reviewing architecture, and raising team standards.
