React Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced React Lead to drive the development of scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies along with backend exposure and must have prior experience in the Healthcare domain.

Mandatory Skills:

·        Strong experience in React.js and frontend architecture

·        Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)

·        Hands-on experience with Node.js

·        Experience working in the Healthcare domain (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead the design and development of complex React-based applications

·        Architect scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend solutions

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, and product teams

·        Develop and integrate APIs using Node.js

·        Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices

·        Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

·        Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API

·        Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

·        Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

·        Strong problem-solving and communication skills
