React Lead

Responsibility:- 
• Lead a team of React developers in delivering high-quality applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans. 
• Own task allocation, and code quality enforcement. 
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers. 
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. 
• Drive unit testing, documentation, and deployment readiness. 
 
Required Skills: 
 
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
• Solid understanding of component design, lazy loading, and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
