React Js Web Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using React.js
Architect reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers
Ability to build UI components from concept designs and wireframes
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performance
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence
Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in front-end development, with 5+ years in React.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
Deep understanding of React.js workflows (Redux, Context API, etc.)
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Experience using WebSockets
Experience developing with openlayers map library
Experience developing with ES6+ and SASS
Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
