React Developer

Job Title: React Developer with experience in the BFSI
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Note: (BFSI) domain experience is mandatory or highly preferred.
Visa: USC, GC and EAD

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled React Developer with experience in the BFSI (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance) domain to develop and maintain high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in React.js, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies, along with exposure to financial or banking applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.
Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Integrate APIs and backend services with front-end applications.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Implement best coding practices, unit testing, and code reviews.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Work on applications related to banking platforms, payment systems, trading platforms, or financial dashboards.

Required Skills
Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Experience with Redux / Context API / Hooks
Knowledge of REST APIs integration
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Understanding of Agile development methodology
Good understanding of UI/UX principles
Experience with BFSI applications or financial systems
