•    10+ years of experience with strong front-end focus 
•    Expert in React + TypeScript (building production-grade SPAs) 
•    Hands-on React Architect who has built applications from scratch (greenfield) 
•    Experience leading full UI rewrites across multiple applications 
•    Strong experience defining front-end architecture, standards, and best practices 
•    Must have built from scratch — not just migrated or maintained React applications
