Key Responsibilities
* Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js.
* Collaborate backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
* Implement responsive and accessible web applications with high code quality and performance.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
* Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements.
* Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
* Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in React.js.
* Experience in application migration from Angular to React.
* Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
* Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
* Strong knowledge of React ecosystem: hooks, functional components, routing, SSR (Next.js).
* Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
* Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA).
* Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git , Aggrid is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
