Job Description
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product/service quality
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management
- Manage and mentor QA/QC teams
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quality management or QA roles
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis)
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, CQE, or similar
- Experience in manufacturing, IT, healthcare, or relevant industry
- Knowledge of risk management and process improvement frameworks
- Familiarity with quality management software/tools
- Experience with Agile or DevOps environments (for IT roles)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
