Quality Manager

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product/service quality
• Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management
• Manage and mentor QA/QC teams
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in quality management or QA roles
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis)
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, CQE, or similar
• Experience in manufacturing, IT, healthcare, or relevant industry
• Knowledge of risk management and process improvement frameworks
• Familiarity with quality management software/tools
• Experience with Agile or DevOps environments (for IT roles)
