Key Responsibilities

Quality Engineering & Test Architecture

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust test automation strategy aligned with the test pyramid (unit, API, UI, and E2E testing).
• Establish automation frameworks for UI automation, API automation, and integrated system tests.
• Define engineering-quality KPIs and ensure test coverage supports daily/weekly release cycles in a highly integrated environment.
• Introduce best practices for continuous testing, shift-left testing, and quality gates.

SDLC Modernization & AI Integration

• Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to elevate SDLC speed, stability, defect prediction, and test efficiency.
• Recommend and implement AI solutions for code analysis, test generation, failure analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Influence architectural decisions by bringing a quality-first, automation-first perspective.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Development.
• Strong expertise in:
  • UI automation frameworks especially in Katalon.
  • API automation (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
  • E2E test automation and orchestration
  • Microservices testing and distributed systems quality
• Proven experience designing a test pyramid and building quality frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Expertise in applying AI/ML in testing or SDLC (LLM-based automation, intelligent test generation, defect prediction tools, etc.).
• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross-functional leadership skills
