Quality Engineering Lead

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to define and drive the test automation strategy and roadmap across UI, API, and integration layers. This role will lead test design, automation framework development, and quality governance within an Application Managed Services environment.
 
Required Skills
8+ years in QA/Test Engineering with 2+ years in a Lead role
Strong experience in Test Automation (Selenium, BDD/Cucumber, LeanFT)
Hands-on experience in Java programming for automation
Expertise in API testing (RestAssured, Postman, Karate)
Experience across frontend, backend, database, and integration testing
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Experience with legacy systems (Mainframe/AS400 iSeries)
