Quality Engineer

Must Have:
->> Strong Python + pytest automation
->> Experience in API testing
->> Hands-on with React UI testing (Cypress preferred)
->> Exposure to LLM / AI systems / chatbot testing
->> 7+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
->> Design and execute evaluation strategies for LLMs and AI agents focusing on accuracy, hallucination rate, and semantic correctness
->> Perform prompt testing, AI validation, and API automation using Python and pytest
->> Conduct end-to-end testing of React/Next.js applications and chatbot interfaces using Cypress or similar tools
->> Validate AI guardrails and safety mechanisms under edge and adversarial scenarios
->> Collaborate with engineering teams to debug issues and ensure complete regression coverage
->> Build and maintain quality dashboards and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
->> Support automation workflows using Node.js, npm, and yarn
->> Ensure adherence to enterprise quality standards for AI systems
