Job Details:

Role Title:  Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid
Duration: 10 Months

○ Required skills, experience, etc.: 5+ years of experience in both manual and automated software testing within structured, compliance-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Playwright, along with API testing, defect management, and test planning/execution. Experience supporting Agile teams, utilizing tools like Jira or ServiceNow, and ensuring application quality across multiple releases is required. Candidates with government/public sector experience, accessibility testing (WCAG/Section 508), performance testing, and work in highly regulated environments are strongly preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders are essential.
