Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect (Meanstack) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, resilient testing solutions within the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) – TestOps team.
This role partners with US-based QE, Development, and DevOps teams to architect and implement innovative frameworks for:
Test environments
Synthetic data solutions
Data pipelines
CI/CD integrations
Test lifecycle automation
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in test architecture, quality engineering maturity, and Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Engineering
Architect scalable test environments and synthetic data solutions.
Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based test data storage.
Establish integration between:
Test management tools
CI/CD pipelines
Analytics platforms
Automation frameworks
Evaluate and deploy tools for:
Test data management
Environment orchestration
Pipeline automation

Governance & Compliance
Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for test data and environments.
Define best practices for secure data handling and environment provisioning.
Ensure alignment with DevOps and enterprise architecture standards.

Process & Quality Maturity
Perform QE maturity assessments across project portfolios.
Create transformation strategy and drive process maturity.
Design and drive implementation of standardized test processes.
Migrate teams to consistent best practices and test approaches.
Collaborate with Agile Project Office to align testing within Agile delivery frameworks.
Provide advisory services to leadership for process improvement.

Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with DevOps and cross-functional stakeholders.
Define technology roadmaps for testing architecture.
Conduct architectural documentation and enablement sessions.
Communicate strategy and progress clearly to stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Technical/Solutions Architect in:
Test Automation
Data Management
Quality Engineering
Strong expertise in:
Data Architecture
ETL/ELT pipelines
Cloud storage
DevOps practices
Scripting experience:
Python
PowerShell
Bash
Strong knowledge of:
CI/CD pipelines
Test management tools
Environment provisioning
Orchestration tools
Excellent working knowledge of:
Agile methodologies
QA processes and methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in TCoE or QA architecture in large enterprises.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud.
Agile/DevOps/CI-CD test lifecycle automation expertise.
Experience enabling analytics-driven testing improvements.
