QA

🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Lead QA and testing activities across all phases of the SDLC
• Define and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy
• Coordinate testing activities with vendors, business users, and SMEs
• Review and refine test cases and testing scenarios
• Track, prioritize, and manage defects and issue resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements
• Provide weekly updates on UAT progress and testing results
• Ensure UAT exit criteria are met and obtain final business sign-off
• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

✔ Strong experience in QA management and testing leadership
✔ Experience with UAT planning, coordination, and reporting
✔ Defect tracking and management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing processes
✔ Ability to work with business SMEs, vendors, and technical teams
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience working with State Government clients (Mandatory)
