Job Description
🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Lead QA and testing activities across all phases of the SDLC
• Define and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy
• Coordinate testing activities with vendors, business users, and SMEs
• Review and refine test cases and testing scenarios
• Track, prioritize, and manage defects and issue resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements
• Provide weekly updates on UAT progress and testing results
• Ensure UAT exit criteria are met and obtain final business sign-off
• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

âś” Strong experience in QA management and testing leadership
âś” Experience with UAT planning, coordination, and reporting
âś” Defect tracking and management experience
âś” Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing processes
âś” Ability to work with business SMEs, vendors, and technical teams
âś” Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
âś” Experience working with State Government clients (Mandatory)
