QA / Test Manager

• Oversee manual and automated testing efforts
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes using tools like Jira
• Drive test automation frameworks and improve test coverage
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams
• Ensure quality across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Monitor test metrics and report quality status to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software testing / QA
• 2+ years of experience in QA leadership or Test Manager role
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
• Experience with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
• Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing
• Strong understanding of API, integration, and system testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
