• Active Texas DL & LinkedIn ID  Must for submission
• Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Required Skills:

•  Previous Texas State client experience must
• Required 7 Years Experience with test tools such as Jira, TestSavvy, JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, SQL, etc.
• Required 4 years Experience with Performance monitoring tools such as JProfiler, JMeter, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce
• PMP Certification

EXP: 14+ Years  Must

Job Responsibilities

• Perform advanced managerial tasks related to QA and testing activities
• Define and review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies for modernization projects
• Coordinate sprint review feedback with vendors and business SMEs
• Review and validate test cases provided by vendors
• Work with business teams to create/update test cases and execute testing
• Track, prioritize, and manage defects and issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements
• Provide weekly updates on UAT progress and testing results
• Ensure UAT exit criteria are met and obtain business sign-off
• Act as the main point of contact between IT, business users, and vendors

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing UAT, performance, accessibility, interface, security, and data conversion testing
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to create test strategies, test suites, and test cases
• Experience documenting test results, defects, and integration issues
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience scheduling testing teams and coordinating test activities

Preferred:
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience working directly with a Texas State agency
• Experience as a team leader or project manager
