QA / Test Manager 2

• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams
• Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and defect tracking
• Drive test automation initiatives and improve testing efficiency
• Manage QA timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Report on quality status, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in QA/testing with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Test methodologies (manual & automation)
  • Defect tracking tools (Jira, Quality Center, etc.)
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent leadership and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Certifications:
  • ISTQB (Foundation/Advanced)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
