Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive QA strategy across projects and releases
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting (Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT)
• Develop test artifacts including test plans, cases, scripts, and traceability matrices
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams
• Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
• Establish QA standards, governance, and best practices
• Oversee test environments, data preparation, and release readiness
• Provide risk-based recommendations and go/no-go decisions
 

Required Experience:
• 5+ years in Software Testing & QA
• 2+ years in QA/Test Lead role
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall
• Experience with test management & defect tracking tools
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks
• Proven experience leading UAT with stakeholders
