QA Lead

Role: QA Lead

Location: Jersey City, NJ

What We’re Looking For:
 

• Strong experience with Jira & Xray
• Solid background in Banking/Financial domain
• Hands-on Manual Testing (MANDATORY)
• Experience with Databricks / Python / Snowflake
• Exposure to Automation (nice to have, not primary focus)

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and define QA Strategy & Planning
• Build and execute Test Cases & QA Processes
• Work closely with Business, Stakeholders & Tech Teams
• Own QA Metrics, Reporting & Full Testing Lifecycle
• Drive quality for Databricks/Python-based applications
